We hope you'll get in touch to tell us how happy you are, but if for whatever reason you are not happy with any aspect of your fuelit experience please get in touch. We aim to provide a written response to complaints within three working days of receipt by us.

Our Contract with You 
Each time you order a box from fuelit you enter into a distance contract with us (a "Contract"). This means that you have certain rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
We are required by law to supply to you goods that conform with the Contract. We make no representation or warranty as to the character, quality or suitability of the goods supplied under a Contract other than those required or implied by law.
You agree that fuelit shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or expenses. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to property, lost income, loss of profits, economic or commercial losses, and third party claims. 
We try our very best to keep our stock levels up to date but on occasion it may not be possible for us to fulfil an order as specified. In the case of Discovery Boxes, we reserve the right to substitute any item for another similar item of equal or greater value. In the case of Custom Boxes, if it becomes necessary to substitute an item we will notify you as soon as possible and you will have the right to cancel the order up to the point of despatch, or request that your order is delayed until the substituted item is back in stock.
The Contract becomes binding at the point at which you click the "Pay Now" button, so please be sure to check your order carefully before you proceed. 

We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Google Wallet.

If you pay by electronic means, the transaction will appear on your statement as "fuelit".

Once received, we will process your order as quickly as possible. We send your order by Royal Mail and an order will typically be delivered within 3 days of it being placed, except for exceptionally busy periods such as the lead-up to Christmas.  Our boxes are sized to fit through most letterboxes, so your order should come straight to you.

While we endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible, you agree that fuelit will not be liable for any delay in postage or delivery. You can of course cancel and get a refund on a delayed order before it is despatched - just get in touch with us (quoting your order number) using the contact details above.
Returns Policy
Right to cancel
You have a right to cancel the Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. 
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. 
To exercise the right to cancel you must inform us (using the contact details set out above) of your decision to cancel the Contract by a clear statement (an email sent to support@fuelit.co.uk is ideal).  While not required, we would of course be extremely grateful if you could include a brief summary of your reasons for cancelling, in order that we can understand what we could have done differently.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. 
Effect of cancellation 
If you cancel the Contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. 
We will make reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than: 
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods; or
(c) if there were no goods supplied by us, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the Contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. 
You shall send back the goods to the address given above without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the Contract to us. The deadline is met if you sent back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.  Please retain proof of postage, as we are unable to take responsibility for anything which may become lost in the post.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 
Data Protection

Fuel Your Sport Limited (trading as fuelit) is the data controller for the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998.

By proceeding to register for our website and/or order products from you consent that we may process the personal data that we collect from you in accordance with the following terms, which together constitute our Privacy Policy:

  • We will collect, store and process the personal data you provide to us for the purposes of fulfilling your order and for our own records. We may also process your data for the purposes of creating aggregated reports which will be made available to our wonderful suppliers to assist them in understanding the market for and feedback on their products, which will help them (and fuelit) better tailor their offering in the future. Because the data will be aggregated across a large number of customers and thereby anonymised, no single individual(s) will be identified in, or identifiable from, these reports.
  • Because we use an external supplier for our website, data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored or processed at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA). By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. Your personal data will always be transferred, stored and/or processed in accordance with the applicable data protection legislation.
  • We are happy to make corrections to your personal data, or delete your personal data from fuelit's records, if you would like - please notify us using the contact details above.
  • fuelit's Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent, and we will keep information about our current Policy up-to-date on www.fuelit.co.uk.

These terms and conditions and any Contract will be governed and construed in accordance with English law. Any dispute in connection with a Contract or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
