About SiS GO Energy Bars
SiS GO Energy Bars provide a nutritious, easily digestible and high carbohydrate based snack that is made from real fruits and wholesome ingredients. SiS GO Energy Bars are high in carbohydrate (44 grams), moderate in protein (8 grams) and low in fat (1 gram) and therefore provide a highly nutritious snack that can be used to increase the daily carbohydrate content of an athlete’s diet.

Benefits of the SiS GO Energy Bars
It is well documented that one of the major causes of fatigue in endurance exercise is depletion of our carbohydrate energy stores. For this reason, the serious amateur or elite athlete should ensure a daily diet that is higher in carbohydrate content compared to the sedentary person so that training and competition is commenced with appropriate pre-exercise muscle glycogen stores.

Recommended Usage
Consume 1-3 bars per day as snacks between meals to achieve elevated carbohydrate intake. SiS GO Energy bars are especially useful as part of a carbohydrate loading diet in the 2-3 days prior to competition and could also be consumed alongside SiS GO Energy.
