We're currently working with our sports scientists and nutritionists to create a series of guides about sports nutrition, coving what, how and when to eat and drink, and based on the latest research. We hope these will help you understand how to get past any sticking points you might be experiencing and how to improve your nutrition to get the most out of your sport. We'll also be diving into the science behind these guides, for those of you who are interested in the more technical side of things.
We're also very keen to understand your own personal difficulties and sticking points, and will be releasing a regular Q&A based on your feedback (the first of which will be coming very soon).
